Journal of Oral and Dental Research Aims and scope: The Journal of Oral and Dental Research (JODR) is an international peer‐reviewed scientific journal. It is the official journal for the Iraqi Association for Oral Research (the Iraqi Division of the International Association for Dental Research) and the College of Dentistry, Duhok University.
The aim of the JODR is to publish high standard original papers related to dental, oral and craniofacial structures in health and disease. Basic research, clinical case studies and reviews will be considered for publication. The journal is published biannually online. The publication will be on a rolling basis, with manuscripts being published on the site as soon as they make it through the peer-review process. This increases the exposure of the articles and keeps the JODR current. Manuscripts are now being accepted and submissions are welcome from authors from around the world, for basic research, case reports and literature reviews.
JODR follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), which aims to ensure the integrity of the published scientific literature. The journal’s policy is set to prevent any research misconduct, plagiarism, and duplicate submissions. The authors are required to confirm their acceptance of the terms and conditions of the journal, and to abide by research practice and publication ethics.
Submission will constitute the agreement of all authors that all rights to the manuscript will be transferred to the Journal of Oral and Dental Research, which will hold all propriety rights in the manuscript submitted including all copyrights.
